• ·A full-length table cloth on every table, front and sides covered to the floor. Bare or part-covered tables are not acceptable.
• ·Display cases for singles, slabs and anything of value. Cards laid straight onto a table will be asked to be boxed or covered.
• ·A trade name sign or banner at your pitch, and clear prices on everything for sale.
• ·Stock, boxes and bags stored under the table. Aisles stay clear all day.
• ·Nothing taller than 2m without asking first, and nothing attached to walls, cars or showroom fittings.
• ·Nothing on the floor outside your pitch: no crates, rails, A-boards or extra tables in the aisle.
• ·If a stand does not meet this standard we will ask you to put it right. If it cannot be put right we may ask you to cover the pitch or pack down, and the table is not refunded.

• ·One 6ft table and two chairs per table booked. Two vendor wristbands with your first table, one more for each extra table. Wristbands are for people working the stand.
• ·Your pitch is the tier you booked and we place you within it. Premium is powered. Standard and Value take power as a £10 add-on per show, booked in advance; there is no power on the day if it was not booked.
• ·We may move a pitch within your tier if the room, safety or the plan requires it. We will not move you to a lower tier without refunding the difference.
• ·Tables are not transferable between vendors or between dates without asking us. You cannot sublet, share or resell a table to another trader without our agreement in writing.
• ·Bring your own extension leads and tape them down. Untaped leads across a walkway will be unplugged. Anything you plug in must be safe to use, and we may ask to see a PAT test certificate for it.
• ·Your pitch number and the floor plan arrive in the vendor updates group about two weeks before each show.

• ·Load-in from 07:30. Set up finished and vehicles clear of the forecourt by 09:00, before VIP doors.
• ·Stay open until 16:00. Packing down early leaves a hole in the hall and puts your next booking at risk.
• ·Vehicles come back on the forecourt only once the public have left the room.
• ·You are responsible for your own stock, float and insurance. We are not responsible for theft, loss or damage to anything you bring.
• ·Public liability insurance of at least £5 million is required. We will ask for the policy number when you book and may ask to see the certificate before the show.
• ·Follow the site's rules and the instructions of our staff and stewards on safety, fire exits and the car display.
• ·Nobody trades under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and nobody smokes or vapes inside the building.
• ·Behaviour towards visitors, other vendors or our staff that we consider abusive or threatening ends your day with no refund.

• ·Trading cards, sealed product, accessories, grading services and collectibles. Tell us on the booking form what you plan to bring, and tell us if that changes.
• ·Everything you sell must be yours to sell and legal to sell. You are responsible for your own compliance with consumer law, including your own returns and refunds to your customers.
• ·No counterfeit, proxy or reprinted product presented as genuine. One warning, then you leave and the pitch is not refunded.
• ·Age-restricted or unlicensed goods, food and drink are not permitted without written agreement. Food and drink are sold by our booked traders on the forecourt.
• ·No raffles, tombolas or games of chance without our agreement in writing.
• ·We can ask you to stop selling any item, or remove it from display, if we believe it breaches these terms.

• ·Payment is taken in full at booking, by card, through our payment provider. Your reference is your booking confirmation. Prices include VAT.
• ·Multi-show discounts of 5% at three dates and 7% at five apply to the whole booking. The 10% season pass rate needs all eight dates in the same tier.
• ·A season pass holds a table for you at every show. Dropping a date breaks the season rate and the booking is repriced at the band you land in; we will refund or invoice the difference.
• ·Cancel more than 28 days before a date and that date is refunded in full.
• ·Inside 28 days the date is not refundable, but it can be moved to another date in the same season if there is a table free in your tier. Ask us as early as you can.
• ·Not turning up means no refund and no transfer.
• ·If we cancel a show you are refunded that date in full, or you can move it to another date, whichever you prefer. That is the limit of what we owe you: we are not responsible for your travel, accommodation, stock or lost trade.
• ·If circumstances outside our control stop a show going ahead, the same applies.
• ·We can refuse or cancel a booking if these terms are broken, if the information you gave us is wrong, or if we believe the stand would not be right for the show. If we cancel for those reasons we refund the dates you have not yet traded.

We use what you give us to run your booking and the show: your confirmation, your pitch, your listing on this site, and the read-only WhatsApp group for load-in times, floor plans and venue details. We do not sell or pass your details to anyone else. If you would rather not be listed on the site, tell us and we will leave you off. Our privacy policy has the detail.
